Workdays
We currently have a full programme of workdays planned: one Sunday per month, 14:00 to 16:00. See our Workdays page for a full schedule.
The type of work we do varies throughout the year and is directed by the Park’s friendly Park Ranger. It includes jobs for all ages and ability. Examples are:
- Bulb planting
- Coppicing
- Bramble clearance
- Bench painting
- Pond clearance
- Path restoration
- Litter picking
- Making wildlife habitats
Children are most welcome but must be supervised by an adult.
Please wear suitable footwear and clothing. Gloves and tools/equipment will be provided by the Friends Group and/or the Park Ranger.
We meet in the Car Park just before 14:00.
Leaflet distribution
From time to time we produce leaflets that we deliver to households in the North Cardiff area. When we have details of a leafleting campaign, we will post them on the News Page.
