Constitution

Our Constitution is set out in this document.

NOTE: In accordance with Section 12, notice has been provided to members in the Spring 2012 Newsletter that the first two sentences of Section 6 (Subscriptions) would be proposed for amendment at the AGM on 27 June 2012. The purpose of the amendment is so that members and our treasurer have more time to re-arrange membership fees around the anniversary date. Replacement text to read: ‘Members shall pay subscriptions in accordance with the scale laid down from time to time by the Executive Committee by or on 1st June each year. Any member liable to pay a subscription shall be deemed to have resigned if the subscription has not been paid in full by the date laid down by the Executive Committee‘.
